Shipping Destinations

We ship to all U.S. states and Canada. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

For international orders, we can ship anywhere in the world! Please contact us for a shipping quote — we’d be happy to assist.

Customs Fees

  • U.S. customers: All tariffs and customs fees are covered by us — you won’t pay anything extra.

  • International customers: Any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery Times

  • U.S. & Canada: 4–7 business days

Replacement and return of damaged items

We want every piece you receive to be perfect! If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days at hello@doeceramics.com with photos of the product and packaging.

We’ll take care of the return shipping and provide a shipping label. Once we receive your item, we’ll gladly send you a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever works best for you.

Returns (No Damage)

We accept returns of items that are not damaged within 14 days of receipt. Please note that buyers are responsible for shipping fees both ways.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in their original condition.

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging.

All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.
